How I can use sim (my sim had activation many time)?

I had activation sim already, but my phone always NO SERVICE. HELP ME PLS, TKS!

    You need to create the plan before insert the sim in your phone
    If you are not able to activate the plan you need to contact the support
    However, they will be open tomorrow from 8am
    It you need a reference code in order to have 25$ here mine K61CD
