I purchased data for my trip in California and now I'm not able to access my emails or get on the internet without using Wifi. I see that I'm on AT&T network but again can't internet access. Can anyone help since Fizz chat isn't working either. Super Frustrating experience!
Check that your allowed roaming in your phone settings. Having roaming disabled will prevent you from accessing the web even though you have purchased an add-on for that.
