For a voicemail greeting, how do I choose the "pre-programmed greeting"?

I am currently trying to set up my voicemail but I'd rather not record a personalized greeting. Instead, I noticed that on the Fizz voicemail FAQ page, there's a note saying you can choose a standard pre-programmed one. How do I do that?

If you didn't record a personalized greeting, it should default to the standard pre-programmed one. If you already recorded your greeting, using option 3, you can delete your recording.

Go to the voicemail 3 to go on the greeting and 2 to delete your greeting and you will have your number as greeting (the default)
