How long are technical support escalations?

I have been unable to click the make monthly payment button since I changed credit cards on my account. Customer support cant help, its been escalated but I have been one 4 days without a phone line and its has been 2 days since its been escalated, this situation is very frustrating.

This is very frustrating, since I can understand problems, but this kind of problem should be solved on the spot.
