Incorrect time associated to an image sent via SMS

When I send a SMS and another SMS with an image to one of my friends (not with Fizz), he receives the SMS at the time I send it, but the image arrives with an incorrect date, sometimes 5-6 hours before I sent it.
Did it happen to some of you?

Yes it was already discussed, it seems a problem with fizz3

I don't bother with the time stamp. There are many dates associated with MMS pics.
- Date & time you took the pic
- Date & time you sent the pic
- Date & time it was received
Data needs to be enabled/working on both sides for successful MMS.
