Payed but account still frozen 5 days

My payment failed so I made a payment on the spot my card was charged I even got an email and notification that my account is reactivated but then my account was frozen I kept on getting promises by agents on the chat that the "team" is working on it and that someone will get back but its 5 days and still no service?

You have no choice but to contact support :

It does not make sense that you paid for your service and your account is still frozen.

You have to be persistent and keep contacting Fizz support.

Did you put money on your wallet or you paid? Since on my knowledge you cannot force the payment, is an automatic procedure

Hi Moshe,

I am really sorry for everything. I have checked the situation and I can see that 2 of your plans are frozen. For one of them the payment passed and I have just contacted our technical team to speed up everything and for the other one the payment wasn't processed because you are using different credit cards for those plans. Can you please check if you have set as default the good card for each plan? Under the section: "My plans"/"Manage plan"/"Payment method" for each one.
