Delivery problem?

I ordered a SIM card and received and email regarding the delivery but I did not receive the SIM card!!! and it was not in my mail box also.

Very strange, might have been a mix up with the postal service. Message their support team first, but I also recommend messaging the delivery service as well and see if they might have misplaced/mis-delivered your package.

After having received 2 SIM cards, I'm wondering if someone stole it. Both cases, delivery was left on main door in our building. Anyone could have picked it up.

I found it sticked at the main door. But I do not agree with this eay, I think it's better to put it in the mailbox.

They did it the same way at my place, twice. BY chance, I was home and when I saw it got delivered, I went downstair to pick it up. But I can see in some area, people taking it.
