Fake service

They said that fizz service is totally functional but not can' receive or make call intenet service is down too

If you recently transferred to fizz, you might need to message them on messenger/support page to get this sorted out.

 

08:00 to 21:00 week time and 10:00 to 18:00 weekend

Did you just activated the service and transfer an existing number? Might take up to 2 hours to transfer the line. Otherwise, please provide some details about the issue (device you use, sim activated (y/n), etc.). We are a community of customers like you trying to help each-others, but we need more info please. And no, service is not fake. Work fine for me since February.

Never had any problem with them for the 5 months I'm with Fizz, except for a few glitch here and there. Are you sure your phone is compatible and unlocked?

My friend activated his service last night, and in less than an hour everything was functional.
After we completed final tuning, we noticed that we could have used information (and functionality) they sent him. It would have been even easier to setup NPA (or APN).
