How to fix slow speed?

Paying for a 60 download speed but only getting ~5 on speed tests.
Reset modem, switched between 2.4G and 5G, toggled between channels; no change.

Any advice?

have you tried running speedtest with an ethernet connector, directly on the modem/router?

If all else fails, contact Fizz support via Facebook or live chat. They should be able to test your modem's connection strength.

Download speed can vary depending on a lot of factors, so you're unlikely to be getting your full speed as advertised. But you shouldn't be getting that low compared to what you paid for. Problem might be on Fizz's end, I'd suggest messaging them on messenger/help page and see what they say
