internet and MSN

I couldn't receive any message text ... and also I contacted 4gb internet and I used a program in my phone when I'm close to end it.. but every moth I spent all so quickly.. and I didn't use really all my play.. could u check it please.. and also the message I didn't receive anything is something annoying!!!!!!!
