Line and text message

I have been having problems with my phone, when people try to call me it goes straight to voicemail and no one can send me text messages. However, I am bale to call with my phone so I do not understand what is going on.
Any suggestions? or what is the best way to contact them ?

Facebook is the best way to contact them. Live chat also works, but Facebook seems to be more effective.
