Order a SIM card on May 10th, still not receive it?

I made an order of SIM card on May 10th, but never receive it though it shows that it had been delivered......Order: 6813294166

You'll have to contact Fizz by chat or Facebook ,cancel the order, and then order another Sim card making sure that you have the right adress under your profile.
