It is a known issue with Fizz
Only certain app is working receiving
2FA code.
If possible try to receive your code by phone call. I did it by phone call with google and apple.
It is the only work arround for now6 -

I heard about this problem when Fizz first released, and looks like they haven't fixed it yet. I think your best option is either to

It's just pointless to contact support. You are going to waiste their time and yours. It's just one problem we have to deal with while paying one of the lowers prices on the market.7

ya. if IG doesn't have another way to validate then out of luck. Sometime a resend of the code work. I have noticed that for some, it works on the 2nd resend. 90% of the time doesn't work on the 1st send to validate. But best is calling to validate instead of sending text if it have this option.5
