Why does data only work for some of my apps?

I recently started a plan with fizz and the data only seems to work for some of my apps. For example it will download pictures but not send them, and the internet browser doesn't work. I've reinstalled the configurations a few times and that didn't seem to do anything. Any ideas?

If your phone is Fizz compatible
then check your APN

If you have problem sending MMS or with your data check if you have correct APN config

Try to Set bearer = LTE

I think there are settings in your phone that control whether apps are wifi only, data only or both. You could try checking that.

Be sure your phone is Fizz compatible.
Frequences
 
You need to have theses frequencies on your phone :

Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies

Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band 4)

Make sure your phone is compatible with fizz’s bands. Then make sure that your app settings isn’t restraining data access to wifi only. Good luck

the 1st thing to try is double check the APN setting as @Sergio said above. Also, verify the app setting.

Sounds like an APN issue, unless your phone is not compatible with Fizz.
