Are the upgrades that I have attached to my monthly account permanent? It says that it will be removed at the end of this current monthly billing cycle

upgrades are good for 2 years from the day that you receive them.10

Upgrades are good for two years.
By being active in the community forum, giving pertinent answers, giving kudos, referring friends to join Fizz, paying your bills etc.
