I never received the SIM card that I ordered, as a process the return of my money

Two days ago I bought my SIM, according to the courier's page it was delivered, which is not true, now I want Fizz to return the money that was already charged for a SIM that was never delivered.

    I am surprised that SIM are being delivered by courrier. I had heard Fizz is using Mail Express which seems to be more secure, since Canada Post has access to lock boxes and pick-up centres.

    So sad, I got mine quickly and yesterday a friend of mine ordered one, it got delivered today. The only thing that I can see, someone stole it. They dropped it outside on my mailbox.
