Sometime happens, then to reset this limit you need to contact the support

Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login

Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Known and widespread issue. Contact chat support to get it fixed

It"s a well known problem. Just contact Support team and they will reset one field that control it and you will be able to add another method of payment. When you add that new one, make sure that billing address matches the one that they have at your bank. To contact Support, follow what Mike documented. Normally it's pretty fast to fix it. Good luck

If you go to "my profile", "payment methods", there should be a link to reset the maximum number of credit cards. Then go back to "my plans", "manage", "payment methods", it shoud work. To delete the old credit card, you need also to make the new one by default on "my profile".

I had the same issue. It got fixed after chatting with them, I wasn't able to do anything from my side.

@Sebastien, I did not know you can reset the maximum number of credit cards yourself.

Have you used this option? I wonder which is better. Contact Fizz first or try to reset it yourself if the option is there for you.

What payment methods can I use?

 

You can use Credit Card Visa or Mastercard, or Visa Debit to pay for your Fizz plan(s).

 

Other cards such as Debit Card, American Express (Amex), Dinners... are not accepted as payment methods.

 

The address and postal code that you associate with your credit card must be the same as the one you declare to your bank, otherwise payment method will be rejected.
