How to get a refund after i leave Fizz

I will leave Fizz next monday at evening to go with Bell because i don't get network data on my new HOMTOM HT70 and i want to know how to get the refund of my 15 days trial and keep my phone number.
I give my data to people want it !

    I don't think you can get a refund unless it is in the first 15 days of your contract and you haven't used up more than half your data.
