I have 2 cell phones ant either of the phones have been activated for the 2GB

Look at your apn

If you have problem sending MMS or using data check if you have correct APN config on your phone.

As others have said to enable Data access, you need to setup APN settings on your phone.

 

To use the perks, you need to logon your Fizz account and activate them.
