Are you talking about the gift they gave us for the outage a few weeks ago?

Look at your apn
If you have problem sending MMS or using data check if you have correct APN config on your phone.
Make sure your APN settings are correct:
Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
As others have said to enable Data access, you need to setup APN settings on your phone.
To use the perks, you need to logon your Fizz account and activate them.
