Why are upgrades not being deducted from invoice?

Upgrades not being deducted from invoice see image, I have free voicemail but they still charge me for voicemail?

Unfortunately it's a known and on-going issue.

My understanding is that you will have to contact Fizz each billing cycle to have the adjustment made.

It is a known issue, you need to contact them to have a credit

Yes, always same issue. You have to contact support for the credit refund.

Same for me. I have to contact support to ask for a refund this month. Until this month when I can no longer even see my recent transactions. Their billing is very buggy.
