Cant receive a first call, help?

I try to reach my mobile line using another phone, first attemp ring 2 time and bip like a line is cut or dunno, on my cellphone i dont get the call anywhere.
Trying a second time, now i can reach myself, wtf ?
..... Trying later, it do the same!
Cant reach my line on first attemp!
And sometime, i cant call on the first attemp too.
My apn have been changed.... Someone have the same issue ?

    It seems a common problem. Try to contact fizz to let them know
