No service in my mobile?

No service in my mobile, I tried to update carrier settings and updated my mobile software. I'm using iPhone X since an year changed lots of carriers and facing the problem for the first time. If i insert the same sim in other mobile it works fine..!

yes , 100 times till now!! and carriers like(Bell,Rogers ..etc...!) works on my mobile except this one..!

if it is defective sim , my friend's sim is also not working on my mobile.And moreover im unable to contact the support!

I find the best way to reach support is by Facebook you get a faster response
it looks like an issue with you phone Fizz network works fine with the Iphone X so the issue is probaby related to you phone specifically

It can be bad sim. Buy a new one and use replace sim function

Btw which service(s) do you subscribe to? Calling? SMS text? MMS text? Data?

Which services are working and not working?

 

There is no need to contact Fizz support if your SIM Card is working on other mobile.

Check your settings again, make sure you are updated to the latest iOS.

Since you mention you changed lots of carriers, another option is to reset your phone to factory settings and try again.

This sounds like a problem with your phone, especially if your friend's SIM isn't working either. Have you tried a SIM from another carrier?
