Activation pending

Hello!
I have activated my sim card. My account status shows activation pending. Most of the time it activates in no time. I am not sure if there is a problem? I check all the information entered there is correct please help me to solve issue.

You are better off contacting the support, i do not know if they will open at 8 or 10 today

Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
