I cancel my line in 7 th of may and now i found that you withdraw the amount of the plan from my account, why ?

You need to contact Fizz support to get refunded.

Make sure that:

  • You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
  • You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.


Also if you still have access to your account, login and remove your payment info.

We are use as you, you need to contact them, however, they will open at 10am today. But you can send a message with facebook or the contact form

Go to this page, if you are not connect login
