You have reached the maximum number of MEMBERS allowed on an account ?!?

Can't add, remove, transfer or do anything with my plans because I get this error every time. How do I fix this?

Hello Thomaz

I have reset your payment adding limit. Please try with a different browser or log out from your account, clear your browser cache memory and cookies and then try in incognito mode? Also, make sure that you add the right Visa/MasterCard correct details and the card's address and name are the same as the one used for billing/service address with us and the account's name.
