So your phone is connected to the network in 2G (FIZZ ext I assume because fizz doesn't have 2G) and therefore data doesn't work?

Is this a new problem? Was it working in 3G or 4G before? Are you in a remote area or somewhere different than usual? Is your phone compatible with the Fizz network? Have you switched data roaming on on your phone?

I'm not sure to understand your question. Wifi and LTE,3G... is not the same thing. Make sure your phone is compatible with the Fizz network.

Try to restart it. Some time it solve some issue.

Do you have any data in your plan ?

If yes and you got an android configure the APN if you got an iPhone above the 5s just update it to the newest ios version and update the cellular config (go to general -> information and you should get a popup).

Oh Thanks for fast reply, yeah it's 2g ext , I bought my fizz sim card before 2 days, I changed my provider from Fido to fizz, it was working when I had Fido sim card on 4G, but now it's not, it just give me 2G ext, and with respect to my location I'm living in the heart of Saint Laurent /montreal, it is not a remote area, can you help me with that please

What kind of phone do you have? It may not be compatible with the Fizz network, but even so, it should be able to see Fizz EXT in 3G or 4G. Can you manually select a different network? Fizz network was working fine for me in St Laurent on Sunday.
