Unable to receive text messages

I have had my account for about a month, and have stopped being able to recieve text messages. I am able to send messages and calls come in with no issue as well as being able to make calls. I have taken my SIM out and put it back in, verified settings, and have gone as far as switching the SIM to another device to make sure that the issue was not with my phone. (Same issue occured with the other device) I have looked at the different community / solution hubs for the trouble shooting but none of the steps that have been given by other users have solved this problem. The phone OS is up to date.

Go to this page, if you are not connect login

Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

Your can also send a message via facebook messanger and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Hi, Is it SMS text or MMS text? For MMS texts, you need to have data enabled to receive the text.


If you are using iPhone and have iMessage enabled, then you also need to have data enabled to receive the text.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?


If you cannot receive any texts at all, you should contact Fizz support.
