Live Chat through https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us has never worked for me and I do not use facebook. Any other options to get help?
Have you tried on another web browser? Opera, Firefox, Edge, etc. I dont't know what browser you are using but sometimes just change the browser can resolve a lot of problems

On that page, the chat bubble won't appear, only on the other page, you can find through searching in the solution hub.
