Fizz outage in Montreal since this morning!

Since this morning around 8am EST I dont have any connection with my SIM in Montreal, only emergency numbers. No data connection as well. Cant register in Fizz network.

It could be temporary hiccup or problem with your Sim Card or phone.

 

If your phone was recently damaged (bent, dropped, etc), the SIM card may no longer be snug in your phone. This can cause temporary loss of service or even dropped calls.

If this happens again, try steps below to rule out any problem.

- Enable airplane mode, then disable it.

- Reboot phone

10:35AM: Currently in the Berri-UQAM area and everything seems to be in working order. Able to send/receive calls and text and I have an LTE data connection.

suddenly started to work again. registered to network again. Some hiccup in the network for sure.
