I show the LTE symbol and full bars but am unable to send iMessages, access websites, stream from iTunes Cloud Library etc. Is the data network down?
In Montreal, my data is working atm.
Did you try this fix?
- enable airplane mode, then disable it again
- reboot phone
- try connecting in 3G mode, instead of LTE
If issue persists, here are other areas to look at:
- Did you check your Fizz account to ensure all is well?
- Are you within your coverage area?
- How about your other mobile service such as calling and texting, are those working?

Everything is working fine here in Quebec City including mobile data. Maybe try to restart your cellphone?
