Cannot add new credit card payment method

Hello ,
I cannot add my new credit card as payment method.It keeps on erroring out saying maximumnumber fo cards reached for the account whereas i deleted all the prevoius credit card .
My account is disabled as a a result. If the only way to manage servies is self serve then why don to give a fool proof web site ??

Hi, alot of users have been experiencing the same issue as you, I'd recommend contacting Fizz either using the Chat function on the help page or by contacting them through Facebook Messenger, there isn't really much we can do to help you here on the forums.
