Is there any difference between perks or upgrades with regards to having no data in plan?

You should be able to apply them to your account. Perks are a single use thing, they activeate immediately, and once the amount of data in the perk is gone, it's gone forever. Upgrades are a recurring monthly amount of data, do not get applied until the start of the next billing period, and renew themselves each month.12

I dont have data plan but I apply 2 upgrades. One of 250 Mo and one of 500 MO. So I pay for 0 data but I get free 750 Mo per month for 2 years!
How to apply 2 upgrades? You need to get to level 3 !11 -
