Duplicate wallet payments

When I tried to fill my wallet I got an error message. I tried a few times but the day after I finally get 5 payments on my wallet.
How do I correct that ?

    08:00 to 21:00 week time and 
    10:00 to 18:00 weekend

    Yes, as Sergio mentioned, you'll need to contact Fizz support during their active hours. We are only traditional customers like you.

    Facebook messenger works too. Fizz is very slow, be patient
