I am unable to access my data on my iPhone even though I paid for it as an add-on for my plan?

I am having difficulties accessing my data and it is frustrating because I paid for it but it is not working... please have a look at it

You need to setup APN on your phone

For Android phone, follow steps 1 to 3.

For iPhone, follow step 4.

I am trying to help OP. @hp, what is the issue here?

 

I mention common devices in case other people are reading this post in the future and they are using Android phone.

 

If Paulis already tried the above suggestions, here's one more:

- turn on airplane mode and turn it off again
