SIM card not received and refund

My order status shows the SIM card is delivered on May 1, 2019. But it is not yet received in my hand until today May 6th, 2019. Not in mail box, apartment door or building door!! where did it vanished then!!! Please advice your courier service to get it delivered in the apartment door or direct to the customer. Ask them to push the buzzer code to get the door open. This is really awkward and frustrating as there are so many solutions to do it in the right way!! Fizz is forcing to order a second SIM to get the refund of the non-delivered SIM. What if the second got vanished in the air?!! customers has to wait long....!!! Atleast there should be a quick responsive customer support email or phone to reach...!!

Fizz needs to deal with the courier or get another company. There are too many of these delivery related complaints. It's very frustrating, especially when they are usually with new customers.
