It doesn't seem so any more.
However if you want to change your pin, just logon to your Fizz account.
Go to My Plan >> Manage Plan >> Advance Parameters >>
Click on PIN to access your voicemail and enter your new pin

It's impossible because (as I read somewhere in the forum), it seems that Fizz uses the services of Google Voice mailbox for his own voicemail. So to secure the system, it's necessary that each customer enter his own PIN number to access the system and the phone number as well if you try to enter the voicemail via another phone.4
