Credit card limit reached even though theres no cards on my account

can you fix the issue please

Hello Madeleine,

I have reset the limit for your account. I strongly recommend you to delete your cookies or use a different browser. Also you will need to check again all the info of your credit card. I remind you that the billing address needs to be the same as the one you have declared at your bank.

It seems to be a bug. You should contact the support, here we are only users as you.
