Hi, I tranfered my number to Fizz a week ago. But the data is still not working. I checked the APN settings several times, tried to resend the notifications - there is always a message Error; I wrote to Fizz in Facebook - they told me exactly the same things. I don,t know what else to do? Should I cancel my contract? Is there somebody who can help me for real? Thanks
Your phone isn't compatible with Fizz for data : It's doesn't have band 4 which is required for LTE.

For an LTE-compatible phone configured with LTE network preferences:
Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)
Unfortunately, Ulefone Gemini is not a supported device.

Are you sure the Ulefone Gemini is compatible with Fizz network? Because when I look at the phone's specs, it seems that this phone doesn't have the Band 4.
