Unrequested change of plan during stabilization period?

I received today an e-mail indicating that my plan was changed to exactly as it was before. My understanding is that, because changes were brought to my account during the stabilization period, I will lose the introductory prices as a result. The problem is that I did NOT request any changes! I would have not request a change to the exact same plan as before. How to fix it so I do not lose the introductory price!? Please help!

Hello Tamar,

Don't worry, you have received a notification that your plan is now on stabilization period prices. If you don't make any change to your plan after this period ends, you will get back to the introductory prices.
