I need to cancel my cell phone

Two months ago, cancel my cell phone plan.
yesterday they charge me again for a service that I do not use.

please help me, I do not want to have more cell phone plan with you and do not want to be charged more

I reported this post, since you wrote your phone and account #

If they do not refund you, you can also contact the credit card company, however, I will do this only after having talked with them. Usually they are collaborative when error happens.

If you still have an account log into it and clear any card number or any payment method that you may have in there.
If your account is close your onnly alternative is facebook messenger.
