I’m in the Ottawa area, and have been a customer for a few months now. I’m trying to retrieve a voice mail that was made earlier this week. Each time I try to access my voicemail (through keypad shortcut, or direct dial), I hear an automated response that the phone number I’ve called cannot receive calls. Ideas?
You need to open a ticket, as this is something with their system, go to My profile > contact forms >submit a complaint ,ad try to be very specific, and give as much information as you can
