Why does my cellular data not work?

My cellular data doesn't work even though I can make calls and send SMS. I'm on the latest version of IOS by the way so I can't update my software. Also, it tells me to activate my plan in my profile even though I already did. I followd the steps for the APN but still nothing. My carrier is Fizz 36.0

You can try this. It worked for me.

 

You need to manually edit both APN. For both APN, change "APN protocol" and "APN roaming protocol" to "IPv4/IPv6" instead of "IPv4".
