Can't order SIM card. "There has been an error. Please try again. RESERVATION_CODE". What to do?

Haven't been able to find a response or contact anyone to help me with the issue. I'm trying to order a sim card for the first time and when I click submit order, I'm hit with "There has been an error. Please try again. RESERVATION_CODE" error message. A little frustrating since I have been trying to join Fizz for a while now. Hope it gets resolved :/
