When I try to activate my SIM card, It appear that the SIM card is already assign to somebody.

3 weeks ago I ordered a SIM card and activate it. But, at the last step the payment method didn't went through. I add to order a new credit card. It arrived at the beginning of the week, and I try to activate the card again, but I have a message error telling me that the SIM card is already assigned to somebody.
So I went in my account to see if it was possible to continue where I started 3 weeks ago, but didn't found anything to finalize the activation of my account. Thanks for your help!

Did you try using the SIM card to see if it has service?

If not, it looks like there was a webpage glitch when you tried to activate.

 

If there is problem, you need to contact Fizz support as Whizz says.
