My payment was delayed. Can you charge me now?

My account was not charged on the day it was supposed to be charged and my phone does not work now. Can you charge me now?

Make sure you update all of your infotmation:

Update your credit card/make sure it's updated

Update your address etc

Ask your card company if they saw any payment come in as a hold or not.

If all else fails, contact customer support on Facebook for fizz or by going to help hub and stay logged in! Wait for fifteen seconds max and a bubble on the bottom should pop up!

Go on this page, if you are not connect login
Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon

Your can also send a message by facebook and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

You can also fill a contact form
From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)
