My account was not charged on the day it was supposed to be charged and my phone does not work now. Can you charge me now?
Make sure you update all of your infotmation:
Update your credit card/make sure it's updated
Update your address etc
Ask your card company if they saw any payment come in as a hold or not.
If all else fails, contact customer support on Facebook for fizz or by going to help hub and stay logged in! Wait for fifteen seconds max and a bubble on the bottom should pop up!

If your card is valid, and you did not change it.
Contact the support
They'll try to take the payment within the next 24 hours.
If you updated the cerdit card info, payment will be applied overnight.
If you require immediate help for service, you'll need to contact Fizz support.
