why am i not receiving texts?

Hi, i am not receiving any sms, i have tried all of the suggestions on the help hub but messaging is still not working for me. This has been going on for 3 days now Help!

Are you transferring from an iphone? Is so, you must turn of imessaging on your iphone (Settings/Messages). See https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204270

Are you able to make and receive calls? Does your data work? Are you able to send SMS and MMS?

Is this a new plan? Or have you been with Fizz for a while and SMS was working previously?
