Addon payment is approved but not effected to my account. why?

I just made the payment for voice addon 300min. I was sure the payment was approved. but no history in my account. And also my voice is in inactive.
When I paid for addon. I could use it immediately but this is some error Fizz has.
Please look up.

    Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon

    Your can also send a message by facebook
    https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)
    FORM
    You can also fill a contact form
    From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)
