Been on Fizz for several months now and tried everything but texts sometimes are dropped or come in delayed or out of order. Sometimes when people try to call me they get 'number not in service'. I was expecting this to just be a temporary issue but at this point I'm going to cancel my service unless there's some resolution.

I don't have facebook and the live chat bubble doesn't show up for me.....so this was the only way I was able to attempt to contact fizz.

For the bubble to appear you have to be logon.
You don t need to have facebook account to use facebook messanger.
You can create a messanger account with only your name and phone (minimum info) to talk to Fizz
    Good luck

It must have been a network issue
