active number

why if plan has no voicemail or voice service the number is given as a wrong number? it is really confusing for other users attempting to call / text especially with emergency services situation. please enable all plans to have valid active numbers

It seems to be a bug, please contact the support since a message should be present, saying that you cannot be contact

From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)

If you do not have calling included in your plan, others will not be able to call you.

If you have texting included in your plan, then it should work.

Otherwise, you will need to contact Fizz support.

The incoming text are always free than you should be able to received them

That's pretty odd. My friend has no phone plan (only messages) and I've never gotten/seen that issue. This is most likely a bug so I would recommend contacting the support team over on Messenger.
