How can I activate the Simcard which is ordred by another account?

My friend ordered a simcard by his account for me and it is arrived yesterday. Now I want to activate the simcard in my own account but the activation code is not accepted and when I try to activate its errore is:The code you entered has already been assigned to a member.

That's strange. Did your friend try to activate it on his account? I've ordered SIM cards for other people and they were able to activate them without issues.

There should be no issue. It might be a faulty SIM card or the PIN number entered just isn't the right one. Just in case it isn't actually your mistake and the SIM card is faulty, you should contact the support on Messenger.
